Offering hunters its fastest blend of power and accuracy, the R29X delivers arrow speeds of 450 fps with a hard-hitting 180 ft. lbs. of kinetic energy at impact from a platform just 29" long. Powered by Helicoil® technology, this sleek, rifle-like crossbow measures just 6" from axle to axle when cocked for a great feel and great maneuverability. The HeliCoil design coils the cables away from the top and bottom of the R29X's cams in helical grooves, keeping the cams perfectly balanced. This unique balance allows the cams to rotate 340° while remaining completely level through the draw and release to give hunters precise accuracy you don't expect from a crossbow. This advanced design also enables Ravin's Frictionless™ Flight System, which allows the arrow and string to free float above the rail for more consistent accuracy and increased string and cable life. The Trac-Trigger™ Firing System slides forward on the rail and clasps directly to the precise center of the string for a perfectly balanced draw and straight-line nock travel every time. The fully integrated, ambidextrous Silent Cocking System silently assists in drawing this crossbow, reducing the draw weight you feel to just 12 lbs. as well as offering the ability to cock or de-cock safely.
